Heli-foraging - a bespoke gin making experience. Embark on an exclusive foraging journey across a diversity of iconic landscapes in the Northern Territory to harvest native botanicals for your premium gin making experience. Darwin Distilling Co brings the world's first heli-forgaing experience to land in Darwin.

Fly to Finniss River Lodge's spectacular working station and be led by an expert guide on a foraging adventure for native botanicals through wetlands, paperbark forests and woodlands from the comfort of an ATV Buggy or Airboat. Take your botanicals back to Darwin Distilling Co and use them to craft your own premium gin.

Add-on experiences are available such as meet the head distiller who will guide you on the foraging and gin making experiences, visiting Sandy Creek Falls in Litchfield National Park for a swim on the way back to Darwin, or by adding a gourmet sit-down lunch at Finniss River Lodge.

Blend Your Own Gin Masterclass

Learn to create your own unique gin blend!

Blend Your Own Gin Masterclass will teach you about the history and science of gin making whilst getting the chance to taste one or two of our finest gins. The distiller will then guide you through the process of selecting botanicals and experimenting with different flavour combinations.

Once you have mastered the art and become a blending pro, they will blend a 500ml bottle of your favourite blend for you to take home; all whilst you enjoy a selection of nibbles from the bar menu.
