Brown's Mart Theatre

Standing on Larrakia land as the Home of Territory Performing Arts, Brown’s Mart delivers a year-round arts program centred in collaboration, innovation and energy.

In and beyond the multiple performance spaces they create, and present contemporary performance works which engage with many communities and artforms.

Brown's Mart Arts champion new work and new voices from the Northern Territory through residencies, creative developments and presentations, and have done since 1972. Just as this legacy continues, so does Brown’s Mart’s commitment to our artists, our audiences, and our community.

Accessibility

Welcomes and assists people who have challenges with learning, communication, understanding and behaviour. (includes people with autism, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, acquired brain injury (ABI), dyslexia and dementia) Caters for people who are blind or have vision loss. Caters for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. (This includes people using walking frames and mobility aids) Caters for people who use a wheelchair.
